What is the return policy?
My goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let me know and I'll do my best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
I warranty my items for craftsmanship for 1 calendar year from date of invoice. I reserve the right to deny warranty based on inspection of the product.
When will I get my order?
I work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
I proudly make all of my products by hand in southeast Wisconsin. I do not use a CNC for any of my projects.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Larger items will obviously incur much larger shipping costs.
